1 box butter cake mix
1 small can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together with mixer. Pour into 3 layer pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes no longer.

ICING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple (med.) with juice
3 3/4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding

Mix well and spread between layers. Sprinkle with coconut. Cover and refrigerate. Better after 1 or 2 days. Keep in refrigerator.
