JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3-4 cooked chicken breasts, diced
Lettuce, washed & torn
1 sm. onion, diced
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 tsp. poppy seed

DRESSING:

3-4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix up salad. Before serving add dressing and mix.
