CARAMEL OATMEAL BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. softened butter

Blend ingredients until crumbly. Use about 3 cups crumbs and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

FROSTING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. jar caramel ice cream topping
3 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle chips and nuts over baked crust. Blend caramel topping and flour; drizzle over chips and nuts. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and bake about 20 minutes.
