CARAMEL OATMEAL BARS 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted butter

Mix and press 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven; sprinkle with 12 ounces chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped nuts.

Pour 12 ounces Mrs. Richardson's caramel fudge topping over all. Spread remaining mixture over top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
