CARAMEL OATMEAL BARS 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
14 oz. pkg. Kraft caramels
2/3 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add whipping cream and mix well. Add the rest of the dry ingredients. Take out 1/3 of dough for the top. Pat 2/3 of dough in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Melt package of caramels and 2/3 cup whipping cream in a double boiler. Spread over the crust. Add 1 cup chopped nuts with the dough saved for the top and crumble mixture over the top. Bake another 15 minutes.
