APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can Thank You apple pie filing
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. soft butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix pie filling and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat flour, granulated sugar, milk, 1/2 cup butter, baking powder, salt and eggs in large bowl at low speed 30 seconds. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spoon 1/2 pie filling over batter. Spread remaining batter and top with rest of apple pie filling. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Spread with confectioners' sugar glaze while hot.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 tsp. hot water
