APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
BATTER:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. soft butter
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3-4 chopped apples

Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 9x15 pan. Pour 1/2 batter in pan and add 1/2 apples. Add rest of batter and apples. Add topping.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts or coconut
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
