1/2 c. Crisco
1 cube butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cold coffee
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. diced raw apples
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. chopped cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix well in order given. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. If using glass pan, bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cream cheese topping.

Double ingredients in large pan.
