3 full c. flour
1 full tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
8 oz. chopped dates
2 apples, chopped
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange juice

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. DO NOT BEAT. Turn into a greased tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Flat pan at 325 degrees for less time. Check it, closely!

NOTE: Use a large tube pan!
