CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time, until well mixed. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Drop teaspoons of dough into confectioners' sugar. Roll in sugar; shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
