1 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
6 c. Special K cereal (lg. box)
1 (16 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (16 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Mix and melt sugar and syrup over hot water. Put cereal and peanut butter in large bowl but do not mix until you have poured the hot syrup mixture over it. Stir. Press into well buttered 9x13 inch pan.

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in top of double boiler. Stir well. Spread over cereal mixture. Let set. Cut into squares.
