CHOCOLATE CANDY LOG 
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 lg. bag mini marshmallows
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Shredded coconut

In double boiler, heat chips and butter until melted. Let cool enough to mix in walnuts and vanilla. Mix egg with confectioners sugar, then add to chocolate mixture. Stir well. Roll in mini marshmellows.

Lay out wax paper on top of tin foil, line with shredded coconut. Roll out mixture onto coconut (length way); cover with coconut, wrap and roll. Refrigerate.

Makes 2 large logs or 3 small logs. Takes 15 minutes.
