PIZZELLES 
6 eggs
2 c. reg. flour
3 1/2 c. cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla or anise

Beat eggs adding sugar gradually. Beat until smooth. Add cooled melted butter, vanilla or anise.

Sift flour and baking powder all together to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by teaspoon on Pizzelles maker.
