PIZZELLES 
6 lg. eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter (1/2 lb.)
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 3/4 tbsp. anise

Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually until smooth. Add cooled, melted butter and flavoring. Sift flour and baking powder, add to egg mixture. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon. Makes 60 pizzelles. Bake these in a pizzelle iron.
