MEAT LOAF | |
1 tsp. crushed beef bouillon or 1 cube beef bouillon 3/4 c. boiling water 1 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef or beef & turkey) 1 egg 3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs 1/3 c. finely chopped onion Dissolve bouillon in water. Beat egg. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in ungreased 8 x 8 inch container. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Drain drippings and serve. |
