POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
8 c. cooked, cut up chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. tub sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped fine

Frozen broccoli, green beans, peas or corn can be added.

Mix and put in greased baking dish. Melt 1 stick of butter. Crush 2 stacks of Townhouse crackers and 3 tablespoons poppy seed. Spread on top of chicken mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serves 12. Freezes real well.
