SAUSAGE-EGG CASSEROLE | |
4 hard boiled eggs, slice into casserole, mix in Melt 1/4 c. butter Blend in 1/4 c. flour Add 2 c. milk Salt and pepper Make white sauce until thick. Cook, drain and cool 1 pound sausage. Stir in 1 can corn, drained and eggs if desired. Sprinkle with 1 cup bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
