POTATO PIZZA 
4-5 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lg. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

Put the potatoes, hamburger (browned) soup and milk in a large casserole or 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Dot with butter and salt.

Mix the tomato soup, onion, oregano, pepper and sugar. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
