QUICK MEDITERRANEAN FISH 
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes
3-4 tbsp. med. salsa
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 lb. firm fish (cod, snapper, etc.)

In 1 1/2 quart dish, place onion, oil, and garlic. Cover and cook on high 3 minutes; drain. Add tomatoes, salsa, and cinnamon. Top with fish. Cover. Cook on high 3-4 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
