CAROLINA BEEF CHILI | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. bulk sausage (mild or hot) 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 jar medium Pace picante sauce 1 can tomato soup 1 can tomato sauce 1 can pinto chili beans 2 packets McCormick chili seasoning Salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste Brown ground beef and sausage. Add chopped onion and green pepper. Sauté until translucent. Add all other ingredients. Let simmer for a couple of hours. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and cornbread.
