SHRIMP SCAMPI 
Bread crumbs
Garlic - 3 cloves
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lemon
1 cube butter
Green onions

Melt butter. Saute onion and garlic, blend with slice bread in blender. With 1/2 mixture, 1/2 c. olive oil with melted butter use fresh prawns, cleaned and deveined, butterfly if wanted. Put remaining butter and oil mixture on top. Put scampi in broiler. After approximately 6 minutes, distribute the mixture over; finally add lemon juice and finish broiling (2 lemons). Serve with bread so you can soak up juice. Sprinkle with parsley to dress up.
