PORK CHOPS PIERRE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
8 (1/2 inch) loin pork chops

Saute chopped onion and celery in butter. Add water, ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.

Brown chops, put in 9x13 inch pan. Pour sauce over chops. Top with onion slices and pepper slices. Cover with foil. Bake 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
