SPICY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 thin lemon slices
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. water

Brown chops in skillet. Drain off excess fat. Place slice of lemon on each chop. Combine brown sugar, ketchup and water. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove cover and simmer 10 more minutes basting chops.
