BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP | |
2 qt. water 1 can Veg-All 1 can tomato sauce 2 ribs celery, optional 1 c. fresh or frozen okra, optional 2 lg. or 3 med. potatoes, cubed 1 sm. onion 1 lb. ground beef, chuck 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. beef bouillon Salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Place the first 7 ingredients in large Dutch oven. Brown beef; drain well and add to vegetables. Add sugar, bouillon, salt, pepper and Worcestershire; bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes. |
