BEEF ORIENTAL 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onions
1 can bean sprouts
1 tbsp. gravy master
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans creamy mushroom chicken soup with 2 cans water
1 c. rice
2 c. water

In large pot, cook beef until lightly brown. Discard fat. Add celery, onions and cover. Simmer until celery is cooked. Celery can be pre-cooked in microwave oven or water. Add soup, water, gravy master and mix thoroughly. Add bean sprouts, prepared according to directions on can. Bring water and butter to boil. Add rice, mix with fork. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Serve beef mixture over rice. Serve with salad and Italian bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
