QUICK PEACH PIE 
6 or 8 ripe fresh peaches, chopped or 1 lg. can sliced peaches with syrup
1 c. light brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter
Dash of cinnamon
1 can refrigerator biscuits

Combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and butter in saucepan; cook for a few minutes. Cut each biscuit into 4 or 5 pieces. Put biscuits in a 8 x 12 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Spread peach mixture over biscuits. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
