FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Fruit (sliced bananas, blueberries, orange sections, green grape, halves, strawberry halves, etc.)
1 c. peach, apricot or orange preserves
1 tbsp. water

Cut dough into 1/8 inch slices. Line 14 inch pizza pan with slices overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, cool. Blend softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit over cheese layer. Use any combination of fresh or drained, canned fruit. Glaze with preserves mixed with water and chill.
