STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
Large fry pan

8 thin/lean pork chops
1 bag bread stuffing mix
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced mushrooms
1/4 lb. soft butter
1 (12 oz.) can Campbell's mushroom soup

Prepare stuffing first according to the instructions on back of package. Set aside.

Clean and layout in baking pan 4 of the 8 chops and place a heaping spoon of stuffing on top of the chops. Place remaining chops on top - sandwich like a skewer with toothpick to keep from falling apart. Bake for 45 minutes in oven.

While meat is cooking, prepare mushroom soup according to instructions on can - use 2/3 of liquid so it is thick-gravy like.

Serve with green beans, the stuffing is your starch. Make each plate individually or put on platter and top with mushroom soup.
