CHOCOLATE COOKIE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in a bowl, flour, sugar, soda, and cinnamon. Mix in pan, cocoa, butter, and water; bring to a boil. Mix the cocoa mixture with the flour mixture while still hot. Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat and pour into a greased and floured 11 x 16 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, bring to boil the butter, cocoa, and milk. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over warm cake.
