BREAD STICKS 
1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
1 cube butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
5-6 c. flour, approx.

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add liquids to the flour and salt, adding flour until a kneadable dough is achieved. Knead for 5 minutes. Roll out to 1/2" thick and cut into 1" strips. Place in pan for baking that has 1/2 of butter melted and spread. Brush remainder of butter on tops of sticks, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasoning salt (optional) Parsley flakes. Let rise several hours, bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. JB's have the best seasoning salt if you can get it.
