CHOCOLATE BON BON COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. chopped nuts, not too fine

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa and coffee. Stir in the nuts and form into 1 inch size balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Roll in powder sugar and store in tight container.
