ORANGE-OATMEAL COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; mix in oats. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Pour into a buttered 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until done. While cake is warm. spread with Orange Pecan Glaze (recipe follows). Place under broiler for 2 minutes or until topping is bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
