EMILY'S COLD OVERNIGHT OATMEAL 
Easy to prepare at night and healthy in the morning!

1/2 cup oats (quick or old-fashioned)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup orange (or apple) juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
cinnamon, to taste

Combine all ingredients in order listed and chill in refrigerator overnight. Eat cold in the morning.
