CITRUS CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. shredded orange peel
1/4 c. orange peel
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. lemon or vanilla yogurt
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

In bowl combine first 3 ingredients. Press onto bottom of 7 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool. Ready made graham shell may also be used.

In a blender combine eggs, sugar, orange peel, juice and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Cut cream cheese into chunks. Add to mixture and blend until smooth. Stir in yogurt.

Pour into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until nearly set. Loosen sides of pan. Cool on wire rack. Chill before serving. Makes 8 servings. Citrus cheese cake has 40% less fat and calories than traditional cheesecake.
