PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 yellow box cake mix, take out 1 c. for crumb topping
1/2 c. melted butter
1 unbeaten egg
1 can of pumpkin

Mix egg and melted butter with a fork into cake mix until well blended. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with your hands. Make pumpkin pie filling for a 9 inch pie, and pour over dough.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 c. cake mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and cut in the butter. Sprinkle over the top of the filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cake is done when a knife is inserted and comes out clean.
