PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine graham crackers, sugar and butter and pat in 9x13 inch pan.

CHEESE CAKE:

2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar

Combine eggs, cream cheese and sugar, beat until smooth. Spread on graham crackers crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

1 lb. can pumpkin
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 env. gelatin
1/4 c. water

Place everything else but gelatin and water in saucepan over medium heat. Stir and cook until thick. Let come to boil and cook about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add gelatin softened in 1/4 cup water. Cool well.
