PUMPKIN DESSERT 
CRUST:

32 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar

Crush crackers and mix with butter and sugar. Pat into 9x13 inch pan.

FIRST LAYER:

2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Whisk together and pour into crust.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Spread on top of pumpkin. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
