1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. Coke

Blend butter with sugar and eggs. Sift flour, baking soda, cocoa. Add buttermilk and Coca-Cola. Mix well. Stir in marshmallows. Bake in 9x13 inch or 10x15 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
Coke, enough to make smooth mixture
Nuts

Mix butter, cocoa, sugar and Coke added slowly until spreadable thickness.
