FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS 
2/3 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk

Mix butter, sugar and eggs thoroughly. In separate bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to batter. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
