DATE AND NUT LOAF 
1 lb. pecans
1 lb. dates
4 eggs
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Beat eggs and add sugar. Then add dates, nuts and vanilla. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
