1 box lemon cake mix
1 box pineapple instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up

Mix well, bake in 9x13 inch pan for 40-45 minutes at 300 degrees.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
2 well-beaten eggs
1 can coconut

Mix well, cook until thick. Spread on cake.
