SEVEN-UP CAKE 
2 box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 box instant pineapple pudding mix
4 eggs
1 10 oz. Seven-Up
3/4 cup Wesson oil

Mix all ingredients, add Seven-Up last.

Bake at 305°F for 20 minutes.

Makes three layers.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 can coconut or 1 pkg. frozen
1 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour. Add eggs, oil, vanilla. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add coconut and nuts. Spread on cake.
