CUSTARD BLENDER PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend 1 minute on high speed. Pour in 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired. Serve with sliced fruit and/or whipped topping.

CAUTION: Has tendency to run over; put pie pan on cookie sheet to bake.
