SCALLION SURPRISE 
8 bunches of scallions, washed & cut up, (green & white parts)
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
3 or 4 eggs, beaten

Put scallions in pan with butter, salt and pepper. Cook until done, mix eggs together with scallions. Serve with chicken or veal chops.
