SUNSHINE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box (butter) cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix cake ingredients together well. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool cake.

FROSTING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 regular box instant French vanilla pudding
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. coconut
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pineapple and pudding well, then add sugar, coconut, and Cool Whip. Add frosting to cake and bake cake in long cake pan.
