SUGARLESS COOKIES 
1/2 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil fruit for 3 minutes. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not overbake. Freezes well.
