RAISIN SAUCE 
11 oz. water
4 oz. brown sugar
1/2 oz. corn starch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/16 tsp. ground cloves
4 oz. orange juice
1 1/4 oz. lemon juice
5 oz. raisins

Bring the water to a boil. Mix sugar and corn starch thoroughly and whip into boiling water slowly. Cook 5 to 7 minutes to clear. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve: Approximately 1 ounce over ham - ham loaf, etc. May also be used as dessert sauce over bread or rice pudding, custard, etc.
