HOT DOG SHOP SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onions
1/8 c. salt
2 1/2 oz. chili powder
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 oz. paprika
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. sugar
14 oz. ketchup
6 c. water
1 c. flour

Brown ground beef and drain. Mix water and 1 cup flour. Combine all other ingredients and cook over low heat until desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Crockpot 6-8 hours on LOW really works well, too.
