DILLED ZUCCHINI 
6 sm. zucchini (about 1 1/2 lb.), cut into 1/2" slices
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. unflavored yogurt
3 tbsp. dill

Cook and stir zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is light brown. Stir in onions; heat until hot. DSprinkle with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Mix yogurt and dill, stir into zucchini mixture. 6 servings.
