GARLIC TURKEY MEATBALLS
1 package ground turkey meat
1 egg
1 cup garlic bread crumbs
2 dashes garlic salt or powder

Defrost turkey meat. Add turkey meat and bread crumbs. Mix well. Add egg to mixture. Mix well until completely blended. Roll meat into any sized meat balls. Spray pan with pam.

Place them on a frying pan over a medium flame/heat. Move pan around several times to brown the meat balls all around. After several minutes cooking, cut one open and check for color. If still red, let it cook for longer. If light brown, they are ready.

Take them off and place on a plate. Dash garlic salt or powder once. Flip meat balls over then dash again.

Enjoy.

Serve with pasta.

These were easy and very very delicious! If you use 3 pounds of turkey meat, it will make enough meatballs for at least 5 people!

DELICIOUS!!!! Thank you. My husband loves them! After I cook them up I usually put them in a crock pot with lots of sauce to cover them.

Don't skip the frying pan, because otherwise the meatballs taste a little crumbly and dry. Frying them seems to lock in the moisture.

Tried them tonight. Delicious! And so easy to make! I added Italian seasoning and Parm cheese to the mix and skipped the salt. Yummy!
